Can't wait for NFL or NCAA football to start then tune in to some Canadian Football League action. By 1997, the loan from the NFL was repaid and a new relationship had developed between the NFL & CFL. With relaxed transferring guidelines, CFL quarterbacks Jeff Garcia and, most recently, Ricky Ray transfer to the NFL, and gave fringe NFL players chances to continue their careers up north.
